Overview
The ACE & UKACC Control Conference 2026 (CONTROL 2026) is the flagship conference of the UK automatic control community. Taking place from 23–25 June 2026, the conference will bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry partners for three days of discussion, exchange, and collaboration across academia, industry, and practice.
The event will be hosted at Newcastle University’s Frederick Douglass Centre, offering state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of a vibrant, well-connected city.

Conference Structure
CONTROL 2026 is organised as a combined event with distinct thematic focuses across the three days:
Day 1 – Tuesday, 23 June 2026:
ACE Forum, with a programme focused on community building, policy, and industrial engagement.
Days 2–3 – Wednesday–Thursday, 24–25 June 2026:
UKACC Conference, featuring technical paper sessions, poster presentations, and invited talks.
